Health 2.0 is an organization that promotes, showcases and catalyzes new technologies in health care. They do this through a global series of conferences, developer competitions, and leading market intelligence, Health 2.0 drives the innovation and collaboration necessary to transform health and health care. In addition to their flagship event held in the Bay Area each Fall, they host events around the world including in Europe, Latin America and India, and new for 2015 Korea and Japan.

Health 2.0 held  their annual conference in Silicon Valley on October 4-7, 2015 to examine how another year has impacted and changed health care technology. This conference included over 200 LIVE product demos, dozens of company launches, merger announcements, engaging panel discussion with expert speakers, and prime networking opportunities.

 

The Health Data Exploration Project held an interactive dialogue centered around how to accelerate the development of new collaborative relationships between companies and researchers that will be critical in the realization of the benefits of new opportunities such as the Precision Medicine Initiative or the NIH and the ongoing efforts in NIH’s Big Data to Knowledge program. Industry leaders share insights about how their companies are collaborating with researchers and learn about opportunities for public-private sector partnerships — and why it’s good for business.
