Dr. Lee has over 18 years of informatics expertise ranging from biomedical research in genomic cancer analysis, clinical trials, molecular pharmacology, psychiatric genetics, bioinformatics, and most recently wearable sensors. He has specialized technical expertise in clinical trial design, execution, patient engagement, and digital patient communication. Most recently, Dr. Lee has led a data science group deploying cloud-based population-scale analysis systems to commercial hospital organizations focused on enhancing outcomes by aggregating genomic data, EMR data, and wearable sensor data. Specialties include data science, data visualization, privacy, and Health IoT.
